  • This three-day training event is designed to bring Bomb Technicians and Manufacturers together to employ current and emerging technologies while conducting Diagnostic, Render Safe, and Disposal Training Operations. This training is designed for Public Safety and Military Bomb Technicians who will have these products demonstrated and then use the equipment in scenario-based training events.
    The training will give Bomb Technicians a chance to enhance proficiency on their current equipment and will use new technologies in actual training scenarios. This will assist manufacturers by challenging their equipment and gain valuable operational feedback from Bomb Technicians.

The training will involve actual render safe scenarios with equipment provided by the manufacturers.  Some of the training scenarios will involve robots, radiography, rigging, explosive detection, energetic tools, explosive containment and other types of equipment that Bomb Technicians use in the performance of their duties.

Who can Participate: Active Public Safety or Military Bomb Technicians

Who can Attend:  Bomb Technicians, Observers & Other personnel who are involved in the Bomb Technician Community
